Not sure how long you've been investing in oil and gas shares Capitain and no disrespect intended, but from my experience this is typical of the oil and gas industry.

Nothing ever runs according to plan, hold ups are standard stuff and budget blowouts are run of the mill.

The timeline that I personally work on goes something like this:

Imminent = within a month.
Next week = before the end of the following month.
Next month = by the end of the quarter.
Before the end of the quarter = at least 6 months.
Before EOY or EOFY = next year some time.
Anticipated before next HY = never.
