Perhaps a reflection of market players perception of the achievements by the current management.

Those MMNO’s are looking less attractive as time passes.
The exercise price is currently above the current price of the underlying stock.
@ 10c a hefty premium to pay with the current outlook for this company.

Just an opinion – go ahead and shoot it down.
