When Wally eventually return your call, can you ask why in the hell Clear Channel are not involved in the negotiations with Disney. RS may know the Lumacom technology inside out, but he is no salesman and he needs all the help he can get to finalise the deal.
This seems ludicrous to me.
I agree with all the others posters on LUM. RS needs to produce some results quickly, or the AGM later this year is going to be a bloodbath.
