It seems very coincidental that Lohnro Africa appoints a financial advisor & corporate broker on the day that the selling commenced 13th June. This also ties in with the sale of their aviation business.

In the same ann they state that there focus is on developing the agriculture and agri-logistics division and the oil services and infrastructure division.

Sometimes large companies just decide to reduce their exposure to non-core business.

I think it is as simple as that.
