In reference to the "rumours", are you implying corporate fraud against the shareholders by Larry Diamond who has hundreds of millions of dollars, but for some reason would risk jail to give the Quadpay execs some more money by making up things to increase the share price? Or are you just saying they simply didn't acknowledge some rumours in their speeding ticket response and it was a coincidence that worked to their advantage?
I don't know if you've considered this third option, but there's always the possibility that the rumours are true haha Go and re-read the news articles about the US roadshow. It certainly seems like it wasn't just a rumour and that they actually were seeking investors.
