ready for a capital raising? being forward sold? a lot of indication of this- but thats what I was also thinking earlier, and it didn't happen...who knows...its unclear because despite 88's rise there has been no significant pullback...to me it indicates things are good, even though capital will be required (the source of capital remains unclear)
