It doesn't make much sense to me, and I cant remember if it was through HC, an article or announcement although I thought it was an announcement. You are right though, it makes no sense to have one so close and confuse people and sorry if I have added a non worthy reference, I just thought the same thing of it making no sense to have one prior to the long awaited IRR.
