It is naive to use past total sales to do valuation. If you study in detail, US sales outbeat global sales.... so if past sales reflect reality, does this means that everyday in US there's more ppl being seriously burned compare to the world?

Not a new product, how much they sold in EU, china, japan? In the past, those areas have several kits per year sold there... and you try to use those past performance to extrapolate your trajectory... lol.

This time is different, this old product, will gain acceptance from doctor communities, FDA approval is what make this old product different, from putting product on shelves, to ppl willing to use it.

Do you think their past sales performance are notoriously lousy? If yes, then using it as your only valuation indicator, silly not? I dont expect every quarter to have bursting growth... but after each milestone (japan approval, UK nice nods to use on their scheme, fda approval for other indicator) reached, you can expect seeing staircased growth trajectories based on each achievement.
