G'day hcosah,

Wanted to get your opinion on the management, i too am investing outside of my typical circle of confidence and am still getting an idea on how management are remunerated in this part of the market.

I have done some research on how Mike Perrys ownership of the company has changed over the last 12 months. (see below)

This has seen him go from owning virtually none of the company last year to 2.2% of it now (see below). Whilst at the same time he has sold down a good amount of shares aswell.


To get a full picture, this is what Mike has been paid over the last couple years:


I compared this to PNV who are in a similar stage of the company life cycle.
The CEO of PNV has been paid the following over the last 2 years:

Paul Brennan has not sold down any shares in the last 12 months, however he does only own 0.63% of the company.

The primary perfomance incentive that Paul Brennan currently has is


Therefore to me there is a large contrast between CEO remuneration and i wonder why this is. No doubt since Mike Perry has taken over he has taken the company to much greater heights. However I fear for the continual dilution of shareholders and also what his next incentive scheme will be as we wait for the AGM to be completed.

Would love to get some opinions on how people see this compensation and if they find it to be similar to other Nasdaq listed companies in a similar position.
