I think if competition was an issue, we would have seen a gradual drop off in Revenue/Profit Margin over the last couple of years.
The fact that Revenue slowed considerably during the height of the pandemic makes me think that it is due to lockdowns and slow/deferral in projects.
At least I think that’s much more likely then companies changing AI/data providers amidst all the carnage/disruption of COVID-19
Time will tell
We need some evidence of a recovery in revenue and then Appen will zoom to $25 or so
