Broker buy recommendations

I received a very strong buy recommendation from my broker only a week ago at $1.07. Just bought them at 97c on the basis that the surprise capital raising had made some people nervous. At the end of the day this company revolves around the occupancy level staying above 80%. You would have though they could do this based on the demand and Gov. incentives.
