    The broker who tipped me into TPT popped after six weeks of silence suggesting I sell my holding at current price.
    personally I believe he was acting for a buyer.
    but draw your own conclusion.
    i do recall a HC poster suggesting a pre-CR acquisition strategy from mgt or major holders.
