Thank you. Another person that sees the reality of electricity production and the inadequate supply of renewables to maintain such demand of electricity.
Let him invest into the lithium explorers that as you say at this point they are valued as they were already in production. It's no wonder the military and the medical industry powers a lot of energy intensive devices/machinery with uranium.
I admit, the whole renewable energy concept had to happen. It had to be subsidised and efforts in innovation had to be made. But it's time for the world to wake up to the reality. The one thing that worries me is what we will do with all the renewable trash that will be left behind after something better comes along. The waste of renewals will be astronomical compared with uranium waste. Worst of all is that it won't be able to be contained.
Funny thing is that if you ask extracta1 what would he prefer to power a hospital with, a nuclear Lang or renewables, he would say renewables IF there is battery storage. I know it's not really a good example, with the same nuclear plant you could power 100 more hospitals than with renewables, but that's not the point. Nuclear brings consistency to the grid. It's no wonder why the US still uses 20% nuclear power. It's no wonder Japan is worried about their energy costs. It's no wonder why the South Korean gov just went against people's choice to not have nuclear. It's no wonder why we have people like extracta1 thinking in the past and riding this bubble of hopes and dreams when we have real hard evidence about the efficiencies and downfalls of nuclear. People are waking up now and it's no wonder why some nuclear projects occurring now are backed by the likes of bill gates.
Anyways I hate upramping, and yes things could go wrong as it's the nature of business. At the end of the day, the world needs energy. The poor people of the world will not be able to afford batteries or renewables and to provide them with power we will need massive amounts of generation and cheaper costs. It's a shame that nuclear hasn't been developed and worked on more persistently otherwise technology and innovation in the area would be much more advanced than today.
