    Spoke to my broker earlier expressing my DISSAPOINTMENT with UMC.

    I added just under $0.90.
    He mentioned that the institutional guys have bought a reasonable percentages of today’s volume for there personal accounts.

    They also have buds active.

    I am not ramping I am just repeating.
