Ord Minnett also has an $80+ price target for the end of 08 for MacBank. The next 1-2 months when a lot of US and Oz banks report will be decisive imo. If the US write downs don't exceed market expectations and the Oz banks show limited exposure, $70+ is possible. MacBank will be looking to pick up cheap assets from the slump, if they can get funds. So long term 1-3 years they could beat the ASX200.
