Here is accumulation by a group of investment banks - similarly but mirrored - investment banks were selling. They especially used the high price on April 14 to sell more.
So, I wouldn't call it bottom yet. I'll wait and keep track of broker data to find a better opportunity. Don't want professional investors selling into me.
