Action and recommendation
Maintain Outperform. The timeline for a decision on the temporary licence approval is positive with the AELB's decision to be made at the 30 January meeting with the potential to resolve the regulatory hurdle. We remain confident the decision will be positive for Lynas given the company's compliance with the International Atomic Energy Agency's review from June 2011 and with international safety standards. The AELB's decision will then be tabled to the Malaysian Cabinet for approval of the temporary licence.
