Seems like this whole project will take control by Chinese again because Chinese is the only on deep pocket at this stage. Luckily, biggest stakes holder are George soros and Canadian Group. Chinese cannot play much to manipulate for this game. For Example of SDL is in Dirty game which is well played Chinese holding 18% of SDL. I hope Biggest stakes holder are not selling them in early stage.
