ajd,I rang and spoke with Dean this afternoon.
I asked him ,if there was any validity in these sort of guesses.

While he was unaware of any thought/need or requirement" to dilute the hell out of it",he did say that NFC have the right to participate in MMC's CR'ings.

This I was aware of ,its even reiterated in the last presentation.

So while educated guesses perhaps,there quite wide of the mark IMHO,their not privy to all the info,and with the DFS announced,there will be good reason to rewrite,what has been written I would suggest.

Thinking through the possibilities,its not inconceivable,that NFC could be a minority major SHr in MMC(if that makes sense),and maybe be in partnership with Petromin(seeing as how they are stumping up the cash).
