It regards the delay to direct charging and implications on Customers.
It basically states that the probability of Customers waiting till March '09 to begin direct charging is low. Rather, its more likely that Customers starts direct charging earlier than the original October '08 implementation date.
But it all depends on how the RBA responds to the ABA's "technical difficulties" excuse. Commsec is not reviewing its forecasts till then; and its become increasingly obvious that customers will not comment on this issue until the RBA receives further detail from the ABA, and discusses these issues with all stakeholders.
