Those three trades account for about 2.3% of the issued capital of TON. Are we witnessing Minjar exercising their right to incrementally increase their holdings by 3% every six months without mounting a takeover bid?
If so, then we may see more such trades before the day is out for about 4.7 million as they get their full 3% quota.
