    Insto been accumulating. The last time insto buying was more steeper means more aggressive, faster move and the SP went up pretty quick then down again. This time they act more slower, vacuuming everything without making a noise. Just buying slowly and sneaky while retails are selling.

    If I am right, we will see more aggressive(volume) buying from them very soon.
