Honestly I haven't complicated my assumptions with brokers lending their stock but if that's going on it could provide an explanation.
Last time I saw massive pro accumulation it was ADN at 1.4c by Morgans and SPX at 2c by Hartleys and Pershing through July. Probably already know what happened with those names this year!
I see similarities in how NVA has been played with by smart money. Definitely a bit more commentary here (SPX was dead on HC because they made it so undesirable to a punter) but the same sentiment tactics seem to be in effect IMO.
