Caperi is I believe a company vehicle with one listed shareholder, a lady called Gayle McGarry so maybe she sold off 8.6 million to buy some shoes, or a new yacht. Somehow a founder Dr William Bosch is involved here but his own stake listed in his own name is at number 6 with no change from 15.5 million.. Gayle is a charming tall blonde who maybe still has a role National Hire Group. It is not the first time that some shares have been sold by Caperi. You could make of this what you want really but if you are a believer, the ability to sell some shares at even a ten bagger and buy some back is pretty damn good management. Just thinkin' aloud. It doesn't distract me from the big picture.
