because it's a computer pushing a trade based on a trigger. It would be rather coincidental for another human to have traded at the exact same time (to the second).
the price is not nice to watch, but it's only an issue if you have to sell. like the GFC, was only an issue at the time if you were trying to sell. If you can be invested for longer, well then today's price is immaterial as you will be taking a future price, and what you really need to focus on is the macro EV theme, world GDP, donald frump trade wars, DRC, etc etc.
