The above-highlighted trade clearly shows the 4c algo / buyer wants ICI to not appear green on any screens to encourage poor sentiment. If ASX or ASIC investigate the buyer just says "we accidently bought too many or even better blame the algorithm for buying too many! And we had to sell 9523 at our loss...." good luck to the regulator analysing the algorithm and or getting their hands on the algo to prove otherwise....
