Let's hope so. The trend for Acadia has been improving for months but Neuren finally seems to at least not be in a free fall, so that's a bonus. The difference in sentiment appears to be quite significant, though. We know Acadia is heavily investing in Daybue's expansion and it is interesting the market seems to believe Acadia's story but it doesn't apply for Neuren despite that fact we get all the upside of international expansion without any of the additional costs.
We'll have to see what results Acadia posts. Last result I made the claim that the market wasn't expecting much and that a lack of negative news should be seen a positive. That was true for a couple of days before the share price got slammed back down again. This time around I have learnt my lesson and I won't be making a prediction because the opposite always seems to happen! One thing we do know is that the FX assumptions are more in our favour and that will translate into higher earnings (in the short term). Will the market care? Probably not.
