Unfortunately, that's true.
We had a similar issue in the past, share price didn't move up upon great news, but in a long run, share price will eventually reflect its true value, institutions are nowadays becoming more ST trading, plus shorting. Once the PMS phase 3 trial confirms, it should move up, imo.
Meanwhile, as Gerry mentioned, ongoing discussions with interested parties, may result in a surprise, we never know.
