how do we know it's not a pro prop order to keep market prices in the 7's so they can load up as much supply as possible. or it maybe a genuine seller regardless if they have the intent of taking it higher they will manipulate price for their benefit and keep prices as low for as long as they can squeeze out stale hands. We know they are buying its in the data.
