Its not institutions taking up large holdings or substantial notices
Its purely a few brokers taking up trading positions - using play money ( other peoples money in most cases ) waiting for the next rise to profit nicely
Thats how they operate - usually have one or two staff trading etc
Even blind Freddy can see a rally soon and they will sell into that rally like all previous ones - I am loaded up and ready like the brokers
