I would say that the unassigned transactions are captured by the dark pool cloak.

Likely an institutional trader wanting to hide their movement.

The trading last few days is interesting. I think the buying seems to look net positive yet each day its finishing lower so I personally think this pattern will continue over coming sessions.

Personally I think they should be illegal but the powers that be maintain they provide important liquidity to the market.

At least most of the major trading platforms have clear data on what is traded via ASX vs CHi-X, and if you ask them they will also advise to you how your individual order to buy or sell may end up being traded via Chi-X or the ASX.
