Broker Data since TO announced on 16th Dec by MIN

MIN use BP from what I have seen in their corporate activities on market B/S over the years and I am wondering who has been accumulating such a juicy position??

Citi, JP morgan and GS net buys account for 700m shares now which is more than 10% of the registry alone...

CE is a force of nature and its unpleasant at bets to be in his target sights but the last MIN announcement was pretty desperate IMHO and I will hold out for as long as I can (hopefully some drilling results) till we get a better offer to mop up the holdouts.
