Anyone who has been in the market for a reasonable length of timr understands that profit warnings come in 3's
It's usually
1. We missed estimates but are confident about the future.
2. Missed estimates but are less certain about future.
3. We cannot have any confidence in future performance due to a number of uncertain variables .
Each one is met with an increasing severity of share price damage.
Most professionals realise this but will issue bullish broker notes on order to sell into retail naivety.
Anyone still holding or accumulating after the first profit warning only has themselves to blame.
