Further information -
the class A and class B rights change to equivalent shares (1:1) when $10 m and $15 m revenues are reached - not a particularly high hurdle.
Nathan Buzza has only $ 100 K (on issue price) worth shares (now $ 187 K). He was the second highest share holder in AZV which is doing quite poorly now.
