Don't know how you can be happy if you've buying the whole time. Anyway. I'll have a look at the new platform version updates you mention. But unless they have an agreement to use updated data (ie, permission to scrape) then they are flaunting the law. If they start to make a bit of cash and this is the case, then it's a risk. You only need to look at how often realestate.com.au has stopped sites scrapping (I've written about this previously).
