This acquisition will be cash flow positive or eps positive immediately.
As you say LPE is a bit small at present but getting there. Once we are cash flow positive (including self funding expansion) all bets are off with regard to takeover IMO.
It will all depends what exit price management are happy with as they own two thirds of the company. What they want...we get.
