Apk deal is not a good reference to true value. If apg had to run for 6 months more they would have gone broke agl paid below real value but secured the volumes without having to bid it out with ea or orgin for the last resort divi up.
I will get a few buy outs. Remember that most are private co. So not a huge record of finacials like asx stocks.
