And, if they have and the company is complying with those requests?- then, why so?

I will be happy to hear that the company fully realises why such would/is happening -- and, I would also be happy to hear that the company realises that retail investors do NOT request such actions.

I believe NC is a fair and reasonable man - also, Gavin.

Fairness and reasonableness dictates that you should NOT give open access to privileged groups whilst denying information flow to the market in general - as requested by those elitist groups --------- for one single purpose -

their own self gain at the expense of either existing retail holders - or competition for the purchase of shares which thinly trade in this market.

If the company is letting it's strings be pulled in this way- 'without' realising that there is a great unfairness involved here - I will be disappointed.

If they are participating in restriction because they think that - in the end - it will be good for all -------- and, I mean all - including retail holders - then, I am ok with that.

Whichever way it goes ----------- we should be doing the 'right' thing.
