    I think almost always when directors buy on market it's intended as a signal to investors that everything is fine, and that a drop in share price isn't reflected by any change in the business's fundamentals or future. I don't think you would spend only 60k if your fear was dilution, since it's almost negligible.

    I personally don't think there's any reason to panic with AJX. At the moment the very worst outcome looks like maybe they won't collect the cash (not revenue) as fast as they expected, which if is the worst problem your business is facing then you are doing pretty well.

    This is all easy for me to say though as my average is in the 20s, and i don't have a huge parcel, so fluctuations like this don't really bother me as i'd be unlikely to sell anytime this year anyway.
