Golden, if you can't see how an email from the company sent to someone else, that is then forwarded to Pinto without him asking for it is second/third hand unrequested information from the company then it would appear you are looking for an argument rather than thinking about what is written.
Not sure why people are keen to beat up on him, if you read what has been written I think it is fairly clear what his stance is. I look forward to what the outcome of any direct discussions with the company are.
