Retail holders seem to take all the early running, carry the risk, get loved to death by management for keeping them paid and fed. Instos mock all who dare at this point.

As the train rolls into the station and the company becomes substantially derisked, instos jump on for the ride in to home, doing everything they can to throw us retail holders out of our seats.

Companies suddenly decide that the noisy demanding retail holders are not who they want to be with, better the big mobs who say yes to most requests for remuneration and whom dont gripe so much. They then start to comply with their whims or actively do the throwing out for them.

Over time, the management you lauded starts to look like any of the dullards from other companies we all swore they'd never become and you see the contempt start to become evident. Dirk tossed us a used bone with the last trite Newsletter, perhaps he's at that point already.
