What assumptions have I made? I simply asked the questions, Pinto has gracefully answered in kind. But I don't really like what I'm hearing. I've previously had prospective companies taken from under me before they've had a chance to maximise return to investors and I get very concerned when I hear rumours that information is being withheld to aid what in effect amounts to potential backdoor takeovers that reward the privileged. Directors usually get looked after in these scenarios.
