It will be interesting if Moelis keep buying after their report was publically released or whether they're all done now. Obviously still well below their target SP and we/they would know even that is conservative.

Baker Young selling is slowing to a trickle but basically much of the supply is coming out of ITG. Given its just getting soaked, it can't really be game playing. What's the point if you're just handing your shares to some other broker cheap. Wonder who they are and when they are done. That may signal a real reversal.
