CPS Securities is the underwriter, so I understand that they will take up the shortfall after everyone submits monies for their rights and after those who choose to apply for further rights beyond their allocation. So I'd think Ballieu would have to submit their extra rights allocation like the rest of us.
Not sure if my understanding is correct. But if it is, I'd be hoping that this week would be the last of the games that are being played.
