My understanding is that if enough were converted the money would likely go towards a midkine antibody clinical trial which would by its very presence, increase the market cap of the company. Conversion would not cause dilution in the normal sense of the word. Yesterdays ann. basically says that the OTC side is holding its own and in so option cash is no longer a survival issue but rather a way grow company value at an exponential rate and along a fairly low risk pathway.
