I don't believe the SPP was ever a major component of their equity raising strategy, more of a (intended) free kick for retail holders. In any case, the SP has been well below the SPP price since it was announced, so I can't imagine too many shareholders would be taking up the offer (I know some have). I guess this will result in a slightly lower dillution than may otherwise have been expected.
Anyway, if the co is intending to release some exciting news to bump up the SP prior to the SPP closing they're going to need to do something by Tue or Wed. Lets see...
