I disagree. Hoping and dreaming that this stock will rise won't make it rise. Ask the thousands of people before you have hoped they saw a bullish trend on this stock. This stock simply has one outcome, a continuation of the same downtrend. I wouldn't go anywhere near this stock, especially not with the forecast for iron ore on the second half of this year.
God, they don't put a guy like Eugene Davis as chairman for no reason, look at his past, chairman of dozens other bankrupted businesses. He is a debt collector, in my opinion his objective is to squeeze as much money out of this business as he can while it lasts. His objective isn't NOT to increase share price in my opinion
