It's pretty simple really.
The retail brokers are up the top with most of the positive net volume and the (primarily) institutional brokers are down the bottom with almost all of the negative net volume.
From the report I believe that 50-60 million shares from the placement have already been sold on market, primarily by the institutional brokers that participated.
Keeping in mind that not everyone from the placement will sell, the churn looks almost complete to me and the share price should move up very rapidly in September and October IMO.
