GHC is trading well above its NTA of 1.38, is this abit of a risk at the moment or not really?
id be more comfortable buying this if it gets closer to $1.38 or so, as I feel its run too hard, great assets though and low gearing is good, would rather buy it around $1.60-$1.80 mark though.
