    A value investor could not care less what a broker buys and sells.They would not care less if the share price was $5 or $10 dollars six months ago.They would not care less what another tech companies market cap is as they could also be way over priced.What they care about is value and in the case of 1PG the only value I can see is the cash backing and even then I would not want it to be eaten away.
